Application for admission into Hebei Normal University under the Chinese Government Scholarship is usually from December 15th to April 30th; the specific time of application shall be based on the notice published by the China Scholarship Council for the given year.

Enquiries can also be made at the International Student dispatch department of the student’s home country.
