Approval and Notification

Hanban will complete the scholarship review and publish the results three months before enrollment of the scholarship winners.

Scholarship awardees need to confirm with Hebei Normal University about procedures of studying in China. Hebei Normal University will send the Admission Notice (including registration Instructions), Visa Application Form for Foreigners to Study in China (JW202 Form) and other related materials to successful applicants through their reference institutions.

Scholarship awardees need to print out the CIS certificate online, and report at the university according to the date on the admission notice. Scholarship positions will not be reserved for those who do not register on time without reasonable cause.
